A customer can return the garment if its measurements differ considerably from what he has asked for. The garment will be replaced for free. This process will be initiated once a customer return the garment to us and the quality checks are done. The charges for sending back the garment shall be handled by the customer.
Free return or refund policy is not applicable for customized garments as the measurements are provided by the customer.
The majority of the suits can be simply altered; any tailor can do this; we do leave specific margins for this reason.
To avoid the hassle of returning the garment, we request our customers to submit accurate measurements for a customized suit. If a customer is going for readymade fits, we recommend following the instructions carefully to get the right fitted suit every time you place order with us.
Despite of cutting the fabric as per the specifications mentioned by the customer, the measurements of ready garment may slightly differ. This slight difference in the measurements is tolerable in the specialized custom clothing industry.
Important note: We have no control over custom duties of a customer’s country.
Since fabrics do vary from batch to batch, it is always best to arrange group orders together so that we can use fabrics from the same batch.
We like the individuality that custom tailoring brings, as our striped and checked coats are a great example of. The alignment of the stripes and checks may differ from the website photographs due to individual craftsmanship and numerous changes like garment size, lapel size, etc. Since each suit is made by hand, there will be slight variations that add to the uniqueness and allure of your purchase and make it very special.
